Human Anti-CD27 Recombinant Antibody Hexamer (VS-0924-YC109), CDC Enhanced (CAT#: VS-0924-YC109)
The product is a human anti-CD27 antibody hexamer with enhanced complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) activity. This hexameric IgG1 targets human CD27 and includes hexamerization-enhancing mutations that promote hexamer formation, enabling optimal C1q binding and improving CDC.
