The Recombinant Anti-CD27 Vesicular Antibody, EV Displayed (VS-0425-YC688) is an antibody-displaying extracellular vesicle (Ab-EV). The product combines the benefits of both extracellular vesicle (EV) and antibody (Ab) which can guide the decorated EVs to CD27-expressed cells or tissues. CD27, a transmembrane receptor, is involved in signaling pathways related to apoptosis and JNK cascade regulation, with its human ortholog implicated in specific syndromes.

Acts upstream of or within negative regulation of T cell apoptotic process. Located in external side of plasma membrane. Is active in plasma membrane. Is expressed in several structures, including femur; hemolymphoid system; intestine; pituitary gland; and reproductive system. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in lymphoproliferative syndrome 2. Orthologous to human CD27 (CD27 molecule).
