The HPAB-0549-WJ product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes CD3. The HPAB-0549-WJ antibody binds to the CD3 molecule on the surface of Jurkat cells. The antibody can also inhibit the binding of mouse anti-CD3 antibody OKT3 to CD3 positive cells. HPAB-0549-WJ-S(P) antibody is the scfv fragment antibody form of HPAB-0549-WJ antibody. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
