HPAB-0550-WJ mAb is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes CD3, the reference shows the effect of anti-CD3 antibody on T cell proliferation was about 50 folds than the control group. HPAB-0550-WJ-S(P) antibody is the scfv fragment antibody form of HPAB-0550-WJ antibody. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
