This is a recombinant human antibody that specifically targets CD3. The high-affinity anti-CD3 antibody, HPAB-1909LY, is particularly useful when combined with a targeting arm that binds to a cell surface antigen expressed at a low copy number on tumor cells. HPAB-1909LY-S(P) antibody is the scfv fragment antibody form of HPAB-1909LY antibody. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
