Mouse Anti-CD47 Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-0834-CN)

This product is a blocking CD47 antibody, which derived from a mouse hybridoma cell line, and can block the interaction between CD47 and SIRPa. The CD47 protein may play a role in membrane trafficking and signal transduction. Disorders associated with CD47 include hereditary spherocytosis and thrombocytthenia 1.
