Human Anti-CD47 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-N0041-YC-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-N0041-YC-S(P))

This antibody scFv blocks the binding of CD47 to SIRPa. The scFv binds to recombinant CD49-ECD with an EC₅₀ value of 0.045 nM. The antibody showed stronger affinity than 1F8 in binding to CD47-bearing Raji cells.
