This product is a mouse scfv antibody that bins to CD47. This antibody appears to be superior to humanized clone as they appear to be more effective in inducing phagocytosis of CCRF-CEM cells while exhibiting no red blood cell hemagglutination at higher concentrations or exhibiting Lower red blood cell agglutination. The antibody is the scfv fragment antibody format of full length antibody. Single chain fragment variable (scFv) antibody was generated in the VL-VH orientation.
