Mouse Anti-CD8A Recombinant Antibody (clone 1H5); Fab Fragment (CAT#: FAMAB-0040-CN-F(E))
This product is a mouse Fab monoclonal antibody specifically targets chicken CD8a. The antibody did not react with splenocytes from five native Chinese chicken breeds or from recessive white-feathered and Leghorn chicken s (AY519197). ECL Western blot showed that this antibody precipitated a band representing a 32-34 kDa polypeptide, similar to the CT8 clone.
