Human Anti-CDH17 Recombinant Antibody (clone AV17.3)

The antibody is capable of binding human cadherin-17 domain 1-2 produced by CHO-S cells. The Biacore analysis demonstrates that scFv(AV17.3) had an affinity (KD) for the human Cadherin-17 of 843 nM and a KD for the murine Cadherin-17 of 640 nM. Immunofluorescence analysis was carried out on human biopsy samples of Ulcerative Colitis.
