Mouse Anti-CDH17 Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-M0034-YC) (CAT#: HPAB-M0034-YC)
The mouse antibody exhibits specific targeting for E-cadherin 17. This antibody targets the extracellular region of CDH17; when used for therapeutic purposes, it can bind to the intact form or the carboxyl-terminally truncated format of CDH17. Therefore, this antibody could be used to target other cancers in which CDH17 is overexpressed. Internalization of the antibody into human gastric cancer cells indicates that the antibody is a candidate antibody drug.
