Recombinant Anti-CDK4 Soluble TCR (UNC-CDK4-1) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF3593)
TCR (UNC-CDK4-1) recognizes CDK4 peptide (ALTPVVVTL) in the context of HLA-A*02:01. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
