Recombinant Anti-CDK4 Soluble TCR (UNC-CDK4-1) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF885)
TCR (UNC-CDK4-1) recognizes CDK4 peptide (ALTPVVVTL) in the context of HLA-A*02:01. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant soluble TCR (UNC-CDK4-1). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
