Mouse Anti-CSPG4 Recombinant Antibody scFv Fragment (HPAB-645-FY-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-645-FY-S(P))
This is a recombinant mouse scfv fragment antibody that is designed to target CSPG4. The scFv antibody consists of a variable region of heavy chain and a variable region of light chain, with the two chains being linked by a short peptide linker. The antibody specifically identifies segments of NG2/CSPG4 isoforms that are shed from the cellular surface and dispersed within the vascular basement membrane (VBM) and extracellular matrix (ECM).
