A highlight of our AI-driven phospho-specific range, these anti-CTNNB1 antibody variants ensure precise detection of β-Catenin phosphorylated at the Ser 675, pThr41 or pSer45 sites. CTNNB1 (β-catenin) phosphorylated at Ser675 is a stable form of the protein that resists degradation and promotes transcriptional activity. This specific modification is mediated by PKA and enhances the Wnt signaling response by recruiting p300/CBP coactivators. Phosphorylation of β-catenin at Thr41 and Ser45 by Casein Kinase 1 and GSK3beta marks the protein for ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation. This event is the definitive "off-switch" for the canonical Wnt signaling pathway, preventing the expression of pro-proliferative genes.
