Rabbit Anti-DHFR Recombinant Antibody (clone R05-2C7)

The rabbit recombinant antibody specifically recognizes DHFR (Dihydrofolate reductase), which catalyzes an essential reaction for de novo glycine and purine synthesis. It reacts with human, mouse and rat DHFR. It has been tested using Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence.
