The Rabbit Anti-DNMT1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse DNMT1. DNMT1 encodes DNA methyltransferase, maintaining methylation patterns critical for gene regulation, impacted in conditions like developmental abnormalities and tumor pathologies. The anti-DNMT1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/2000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
