The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-FCGR3A Polyclonal Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat FCGR3A. FCGR3A encodes a receptor for IgG involved in antigen complex clearance, expressed on NK cells, with gene variant linkages to conditions like infections and SLE through immune system roles. The anti-FCGR3A antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1 μg per 1x 10⁶ cells).
