Mouse Anti-FGFR1 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1181)

This product is an anti-FGFR1 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting human and murine FGFR1. FGFR1 is a receptor tyrosine kinase that integrates signals from various FGF ligands. Upon activation, it triggers the MAPK/ERK, PI3K, and PLCgamma pathways. FGFR1 signaling is essential for limb development and skeletal patterning. Amplification or translocations of FGFR1 are common in breast and lung cancers, driving uncontrolled proliferation and drug resistance. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC272 and VS-0326-YC273, directed against FGFR1 were used for in vitro assays including Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Flow Cytometry (FC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry (ICC).
