Human Anti-IgE Recombinant Antibody (clone 47H4v5); scFv Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-AP105-YC-S(P))
Provided are anti-IgE antibodies that bind to the M1′ segment of a human IgE. The antibody can be used in treating and preventing IgE-mediated disorders, as well as kits comprising the anti-IgE antibodies.

Figure 1 shows the ability of humanized anti-IgE/M1′ antibody 47H4 v5 wt and afucosylted variant to induce ADCC.
While the wt and afuscosylated variants induce similar maximal cytotoxicity, the afucosylated variant ("AF") was more potent than the wildtype form (EC50 AF≈0.83 nM, EC50 wt≈6.6 nM).

Figure 2A-C show that serum IgE was reduced by 79%, and that IgE-producing plasma cells were reduced by 75%.

Figure 3E show no reduction in levels of other serum immunoglobulins.
