ELISA

Purified hIL-10, cmvIL-10, or ebvIL-10 proteins were diluted to 2.5 µg/ml in PBS and used to coat a microtiter plate overnight at 4°C. After blocking, the indicated antibodies were added (4 µg/ml), followed by horseradish peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody (1:1000) and substrate reagent.
