Functional In Neutralization Assays

We are investigating the NKG2D receptor pathways in NK cells. The 1D11 clone was highly effective in our neutralization and functional assays, effectively modulating KLRK1 activity. The recombinant nature of this mouse antibody gives us confidence in the reproducibility of our functional data compared to traditional hybridomas.

Excellent Flow Cytometry Marker

For phenotyping human NK cells, this anti-KLRK1 antibody provides distinct and bright staining in Flow Cytometry. It clearly delineates the NKG2D-positive populations in our samples. The product purity is excellent, and it works well without non-specific binding issues often seen with other reagents.
