Rabbit Anti-PDGFRB (pY740) Recombinant Antibody (clone R06-8X3) (CAT#: VS3-WK2138)
This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated PDGFRB. The target of this antibody is phospho-PDGFRB (Tyr740). The clone R06-8X3 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000 and IF analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/200. The molecular weight of PDGFRB (pTyr740) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 190 kDa.
