The anti-ROR1 pH-dependent antibody (VS-0825-YC295) is a pH-responsive antibody engineered to target human ROR1. This pH-switched monoclonal antibody (mAb) was developed by incorporating histidine residues into its variable regions, which results in pH-biased binding to ROR1. By leveraging the natural pH variations in different tissues and cellular compartments, this pH-responsive antibody facilitates precise targeting of ROR1 on cells and tissues. Human ROR1 is a tyrosine kinase receptor that is typically expressed during embryonic development. It is aberrantly re-expressed in many cancers, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and various solid tumors, making it a promising therapeutic target.
