The Anti-ROR1 scFv-Fc is a therapeutic construct that combines a single-chain variable fragment (scFv) with an Fc region to target the ROR1 antigen on tumor cells. The scFv retains the antigen-binding ability of full-length antibodies while being smaller, which facilitates better tissue penetration. The Fc region enhances the construct's stability, provides prolonged circulation time, and allows engagement with immune effector cells to boost the immune response.
