Human Anti-RSPO3 Recombinant Antibody (clone hu15F3.L4H2) (CAT#: HPAB-M0623-YC)
Provided herein is a humanized antibody hu15F3.L4H2 that binds to human RSPO3, cyno RSPO3 and murine RSPO3 with a Kd of 0.839 nM, 0.466 nM and 0.775 nM, respectively. The antibody has a half-life of at least 6 days and reduce tumor growth.
