Rabbit Anti-SDC1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R07-9H1) (CAT#: VS3-XY3496)
It is a recombinant rabbit antibody targeting the SDC1 (Syndecan 1), which regulates exosome biogenesis in concert with SDCBP and PDCD6IP. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat SDC1. It has been determined using Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.
