Rabbit Anti-SIRT1 (pT530) Recombinant Antibody (clone R06-2U8) (CAT#: VS3-WK2148)
This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated SIRT1. The target of this antibody is phospho-SIRT1 (Thr530). The clone R06-2U8 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000. The molecular weight of SIRT1 (pThr530) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 120 kDa.
