Mouse Anti-SLAMF7 Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-AP797-YC) (CAT#: HPAB-AP797-YC)
This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes SLAMF7. The purified recombinant human CS1 ECD-γ3 fusion protein was used as an immunogen for the mAb generation. The antibody is an anti-CS1 antibody that exhibits in vitro antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) in primary myeloma cells and in vivo anti-tumor activity. The antibody binds to mu75/hu25 that covers from about amino acid residues 170 to 227 of human CS1.
