Rabbit Anti-SMAD5 (pS463/pS465) Recombinant Antibody (clone R05-2U1) (CAT#: VS3-WK2102)
This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated SMAD5. The target of this antibody is phospho-SMAD5 (Ser463/465). The clone R05-2U1 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IF analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/200, and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/50-1/100. The molecular weight of SMAD5 (pSer463/pSer465) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 58 kDa.
