The Rabbit Anti-Stat5a Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat Stat5a. STAT5A is a STAT transcription factor responding to cytokines like IL2, essential for tumorigenesis with TEL/JAK2 fusion, influencing processes like leukocyte proliferation. The anti-Stat5a antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunoprecipitation (1/20).
