Provided is a high-affinity neutralising monovalent single-strand nanoantibody which is more resistant to external factors (temperature, pH) and cheaper to produce compared to conventional VEGF antibodies. The antibody can be useful in medicine for treating and diagnosing diseases associated with regulation of the activity of the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).
