Recombinant Human Anti-GAD2 Soluble TCR () (C-Cys)

Human TCR recognizes GAD2 peptide (NMYAMMIARFKMFPEVKEKG) in the context of HLA-DR. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
