Recombinant Human Anti-TPO Soluble TCR (clone 37) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF5176)
Human TCR (clone 37) recognizes TPO peptide (DPLIRGLLARPA) in the context of HLA-DQA1*01:02/DQB1*06:02. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer.
