Recombinant Human Anti-TPO Soluble TCR (clone 37) (C-Cys)

Human TCR (clone 37) recognizes TPO peptide (DPLIRGLLARPA) in the context of HLA-DQA1*01:02/DQB1*06:02. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
