The research-grade monoclonal antibody (mAb) is a IgM-kappa isotype, specifically targeting an N-linked glycan epitope on human Annexin A2 (ANXA2). This unique specificity, particularly its preference for binding to cells exhibiting an epithelial or intermediate epithelial phenotype based on EMT classification, makes the clone a valuable tool for investigating ANXA2's role in cancer and the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT).
