Recombinant Mouse Anti-Mog Soluble TCR (1MOG244.2) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF3233)
Mouse TCR (1MOG244.2) recognizes Mog peptide (MEVGWYRSPFSRVVHLYRNGK) in the context of H2 class II. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
