Recombinant Mouse Anti-Mog Soluble TCR (T12-0364) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF542)
Mouse TCR (T12-0364) recognizes Mog peptide (MEVGWYRSPFSRVVHLYRNGK) in the context of H2 class II. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (T12-0364). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
