This antibody targets RTN4 (Reticulon 4), also known as Nogo. RTN4 is a protein that inhibits neurite outgrowth and axonal regeneration in the central nervous system. An anti-RTN4 scFv-FC could be used to block this inhibitory activity, potentially promoting neural repair.
