Recombinant Mouse Anti-TF Soluble TCR (D10) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF422)
Mouse TCR (D10) recognizes TF peptide (GNSHRGAIEWEGIESG) in the context of I-Ak. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (D10). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
