Strong Signal In Western Blot
We detected MAPK14 in both human and mouse cell lysates using this antibody. The bands were distinct and at the correct molecular weight. It is a reliable polyclonal antibody for signaling pathway research.
Works For Microscopy
We applied this antibody for Immunofluorescence staining of cells. It clearly highlighted the intracellular localization of p38 MAP Kinase. We also successfully used it for Flow Cytometry analysis.
