Specific Tyrosinase Detection
This antibody is excellent for detecting Tyrosinase in melanocytes. We used it for Immunofluorescence, and the cytoplasmic staining was very distinct. It is a high-quality polyclonal antibody that is essential for our research into melanin synthesis and pigmentation.
Versatile Antibody
We have successfully used this antibody for both Western Blot and Flow Cytometry. It reacts with both human and mouse Tyrosinase, which is great for our model systems. The affinity purification seems to yield a very specific product with low background.
