Recombinant Mouse Anti-AFP Capture Antibody (clone 3C11) (CAT#: VS3-WK1668)

This antibody is a mouse recombinant antibody against human AFP. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair 3C11 and 10F12. The clone 3C11 can be used in ELISA analysis as a capture antibody at a dilution of 1/1000. It was developed by immunization of mouse with recombinant human AFP protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is mouse IgG1.
