This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against human CSF1. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant human CSF1 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. R06-2G2 and R05-8L2 were identified as antibody pair for sandwich ELISA. As a detection antibody, the clone R05-8L2 can be used in ELISA analysis to identify human CSF1.

Plays an important role in the regulation of osteoclast proliferation and differentiation, the regulation of bone resorption, and is required for normal bone development. Required for normal male and female fertility. Promotes reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton, regulates formation of membrane ruffles, cell adhesion and cell migration. Plays a role in lipoprotein clearance.
