Recombinant Rabbit Anti-CSPG4 Capture Antibody (clone R52-6C-8) (CAT#: VS3-WK1888)
This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against human CSPG4. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant human CSPG4 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair R52-6C-8 and R35-5A-8. The clone R52-6C-8 can be used as a capture antibody in ELISA analysis to identify human CSPG4.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Proteoglycan playing a role in cell proliferation and migration which stimulates endothelial cells motility during microvascular morphogenesis. May also inhibit neurite outgrowth and growth cone collapse during axon regeneration. Cell surface receptor for collagen alpha 2(VI) which may confer cells ability to migrate on that substrate. Binds through its extracellular N-terminus growth factors, extracellular matrix proteases modulating their activity. May regulate MPP16-dependent degradation and invasion of type I collagen participating in melanoma cells invasion properties.
