Recombinant Rabbit Anti-IL10 Capture Antibody (clone R01-1G2)

This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against mouse IL10. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant mouse IL10 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair R01-1G2 and R04-3B4. The clone R01-1G2 can be used as a capture antibody in ELISA analysis to identify mouse IL10.

- Major immune regulatory cytokine that acts on many cells of the immune system where it has profound anti-inflammatory functions, limiting excessive tissue disruption caused by inflammation. Mechanistically, IL10 binds to its heterotetrameric receptor comprising IL10RA and IL10RB leading to JAK1 and STAT2-mediated phosphorylation of STAT3.
