Recombinant Rabbit Anti-Mouse PDGFRB Capture Antibody (clone R11-3J-8)

This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against mouse PDGFRB. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant mouse PDGFRB protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair R11-3J-8 and R22-8P-7. The clone R11-3J-8 can be used as a capture antibody in ELISA analysis to identify mouse PDGFRB.

Plays an essential role in blood vessel development by promoting proliferation, migration and recruitment of pericytes and smooth muscle cells to endothelial cells.
