Recombinant Rabbit Anti-Mouse PDGFRB Detection Antibody (clone R22-8P-7)

This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against mouse PDGFRB. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant mouse PDGFRB protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. R11-3J-8 and R22-8P-7 were identified as antibody pair for sandwich ELISA. As a detection antibody, the clone R22-8P-7 can be used in ELISA analysis to identify mouse PDGFRB.

Plays an essential role in blood vessel development by promoting proliferation, migration and recruitment of pericytes and smooth muscle cells to endothelial cells. Plays a role in the migration of vascular smooth muscle cells and the formation of neointima at vascular injury sites.
