Anti-ADAMTS5 ADCC Enhanced Antibody (CRB0017) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. The anti-ADAMTS-5 antibodies are useful in the treatment of a condition associated with cartilage degradation. In particular, such degradation is observed in osteoarthritis and in other forms of arthritides.

Enhanced Adcc Activity
The Afuco™ platform really delivers on its promise of enhanced ADCC activity. We used this antibody in our functional assays targeting ADAMTS5, and the response was significantly stronger compared to standard antibodies. It is a powerful tool for research into conditions involving cartilage degradation.
High Purity Human IgG4
We were impressed by the purity of this antibody, which showed greater than 95% on SDS-PAGE. As a human IgG4, it was perfectly compatible with our experimental design. The defucosylation modification makes it a unique reagent for exploring specific immune mechanisms in osteoarthritis research.
