Potent In Inhibition Assays
We used this recombinant human antibody to study complement-mediated cell lysis. It functioned perfectly in our inhibition assays involving CD59. The fact that it is produced in mammalian cells with chemically defined media is a big plus for us, ensuring no animal-derived contaminants.
Accurate ELISA Detection
This antibody performed very well in our ELISA setup for detecting CD59. The binding was specific to the target glycoprotein. We followed the storage instructions carefully, aliquoting at -20°C, and the antibody has maintained its efficacy over several months of intermittent use.
