Recombinant Human Antibody (mAb 166-32) Fab Fragment is specific to Monkey CFD, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). This Fab fragment inhibits complement activation in serum from human and non-human primates and has been shown to reduce complement and leukocyte activation in a baboon model of cardiopulmonary bypass surgery.
